Ed DePrato

Sweetly is a fully licensed and full service real estate Brokerage member of the Realtors Association of Edmonton.


Sweetly differs from all other Real Estate companies in the service it provides to home sellers who want to skip the ‘for-sale’ hassles and be sold. Sweetly has modelled this service as a blend of the services available to corporate executives’ via relocation services and successful ibuyers operating in markets within the USA like opendoor.com, knock.com, and offerpad.com.

 

Our Broker is Eduard DePrato. Ed has been actively investing in Edmonton area real estate since the late 1990's and has been a licensed member of the insustry since 2001. Ed was an agent with Realty Executives, Re/Max and even started YEGPro Realty before leaving to introduce Sweetly. Ed has experience as a developer too having completed several hundred of residential condominium conversions; and even did the Edmonton Home Fair commercial condominium conversion in 2010.

Once we resell the home to a new owner we use that sale price as current market value to subtract our fee and send the balance to the original seller resulting in a net of 92% without ever being for sale!
